P.E
The whole year has been great! Ms.Phillips was a great and fun teacher. I loved my classmate specially since my cousin is there. The whole year has been a great experience and I would like to have Ms.Phillip as my P.E teacher again, if I can. Also we played a lot of games, I specially liked the one when its just all girls. I made a lot of new grade 8 friends. They are fun and funny to be around with. I felt proud that I maintained my letter grade, even though the grades doesn't matter. But I think the students were raised to care about the letter grade and not what they can or cant do. Also most of can not evaluate ourselves, because we don't want to sound cocky or anything. I think, just give yourself whatever letter grade and explain why you deserve that. I didn't really like fitness that much, but I always try my best. I can out of breath easily, and the thought of "I can't go anymore," puts me down. I think I'm tired so I take a rest and everyone just kept on going. I like beep test, not really. I just don't like the original one, where I can't have breaks. I wanted to keep going but if I did then that's kind of cheating. I wanted to be at least at level 6 but that didn't happen, but I hope next school year I can reach my goal. I personally like the blogs instead of interviews. Right when there's an interview, I would just blank out and can't think of anything else. Over all I think I deserve an A. I hope we keep this blog post longer. Lastly, I hope everyone has a great summer. :)

Divided into 3
Today's P.E was actually fun. When we don't play by the rules sometimes it can be fun. The only rule that we broke was just stepping more than 3 steps and sometimes we shoot in the key. But sometimes a game is not fun when we don't break the rules, just don't break it too much and it's just a P.E game not a tournament. I actually sweated a lot during the whole block and ran. The boys didn't hog the ball like some boys. In my team we had more than 1 goalie at one point, but mostly there was 2 people on goalie because the players on the other team was scoring more than us. Over all today gym was fun and I would games and sports that makes me sweat and sometimes have to catch my breath like what we did for warm ups the Octopus game.

The last beep test
Beep test for me was usually hard. My highest last year was 6.9 with stopping but now my highest was 5.1. I am disappointed but I'm going to try harder next year. On Tuesday, when the teachers said it was the last beep test, my body kinda didn't want to try anymore. It's the last beep test so I thought it doesn't matter. But while I was running, I still wanted to run, but I was out of breathe, and its a normal beep test not like those other ones where you can get a rest. On the fitness day, I only got to level 5, but I did made some improvements. During the whole year I stayed in the 4 level range but in the last beep test I got to 5. I guess I'm kind of disappointed but also proud of myself too.

Poker and Relay
The fitness on Tuesday was tiring! It was sunny and hot but its still kind on fun! When I run back with a card on my hand I was like puffing when I got back from my team, and when we did the relays was hard too. The weight that my team got was kind of heavy to run with. While I was running, I notice that most of my energy was focused on carrying the dumbbells so I was already tired when i arrived at the wall. The harder part was when we have to carry it over our shoulder. It was a tiring fitness.

On Friday when we did the circuit thing around the achoo, I thought I was on and off there. Like all of a sudden I want to ran the whole time and sometime I just want to walk. I don't just want to run because there was a teacher behind me, just want to run. Over all I did pretty well last weeks fitness. On Tuesday, I think I did go but there's certain exercise that I didn't do well. If the exercise was to boring I make it more fun and try to make my partners laugh and at the same time it makes my heart races. I like lacrosse because I actually participate in it and I like catching the ball. I've been participating my hardest since grade 8 and I think nothing change, well maybe just a little bit but I still try my best to push myself to the limit and I would participate as much as I can every gym class we have. I think I deserve an "A."

Zumba
WOW, today is the start of dance week and we did Zumba today, and it was tiring but was a lot of fun. Now this is the kind of activity that I will fully participate in! I can't help but sweat in Zumba but its good because it shows me that I did participate and work hard during the dance. Now I can't wait for Bhangra! i think Bhangra is a fun, happy dance, and I like their songs even though I don't understand them. I love dance week!

What P.E means to me
When you think about PE you instantly think about exercising and being all sweaty and gross. To me its not just that. It means working your body to the fullest and trying your hardest. I also learn what type of muscle thats working when I do PE. It also gives our body the right physical shape and have a healthy heart. When I'm sore the next day, it tells me that I've worked hard during PE and it feels good. In overall I kinda like PE.

Insanity
Gosh I was sweating today! My cheeks were hot and the side of my face has sweat dripping down. My back was all sweaty, but it was all good. I couldn't do as much work last week because I've been sore and sick, which is not a good combo when in gym class. During insanity my throat was really dry and kinda stings when I try to swallow my saliva, but I couldn't get water from how much little time it gives us, plus I didn't bring a water bottle. I worked hard today and I'm proud of it.

Sore body
Last week, i've been working hard. When we did the hill run last week my calf was so sore i couldn't walk properly. And when we played capture the flag my inner thighs were sore and I look like I'm limping. It was a rough and sore week.

My Letter Grade
I think I deserve an A because I try my hardest every gym class, participate in most of the activities, even though sometimes I don't participate much to other activities, I still do my best as I can.

Reflection
I mostly come to gym with gym clothes, but I rarely forget my gym strips, but sometimes I do. Also I participate most of the time, specially if we're doing a fun games that makes me huffing and puffing, and really thirsty. I participate mostly when its a game activities, and I participate more if others are willing to participate and make the game fun. In fitness days I try to participate but I mostly participate in the start and I lose my energy through out the fitness session that I slowly get tired I do the work less, but I still try my best until fitness ends. But sometimes I have full of energy and its really a fun fitness I participate a lot. Mostly I struggle on fitness because whenever its fitness I usually put all my energy in the beginning and I barely have any energy through out the fitness. Plus I sometimes get tired easily when I come to gym class really tired. Almost every gym class I'm very energetic and I interact with my class mate and others with either a joke or just a plain cheerful "hello." I don't really talk to the other boys but I talk to a portion of them. Yes at some fitness activity I push myself to the limit that my legs are sore the next day, as soon as I get home I collapse on my bed, but even if I don't push myself to the limit, I push myself enough that it gets me like legitimate tired, not those others like they think their tired. I enjoy the most in fitness is the obstacle course, circuit, and insanity. My goals is to improve my body and improve my fitness compare it to the beginning of school and the end of the school year. Leadership means to me, that a person can lead a group of people, encourage them during games or fitness, and participate in all the activities. The best leaders in class is ME, no probably not but I think Josh is one of them and Zauq, the teacher assistants Claire and Hannah. I like to improved on not being tired easily, I sometimes find myself not trying really hard when I get tired easily. I want to improve on the beep test, the 25 minute runs on the lower field. I'm very proud on the obstacle course, and the hill runs. That's my reflection, doesn't look long, but it was very fun to answer all the answers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
